NCGR / NM-INBRE Fall Bioinformatics Workshops

Come learn about Differential gene Expression, Single Cell RNA-Seq, and Metagenomics! These virtual workshops will teach you hands-on analysis from start to finish that you can apply to your current or future research.

Each workshop covers basic Linux skills, R skills, and then various applications specific to each workshop and analysis type covered. Attending students obtain access to our bioinformatics analysis server for use in our workshops and up to 1 year longer to use on their own.
