Are you an absolute beginner in bioinformatics? Then get started with your journey in bioinformatics with the OmicsLogic Summer Training for NAIPI  students and researchers from June-August, 2022!

This is a computational biology online program that will introduce students to the terminology, basic methods, and tools you will need to replicate research studies published in high-impact journals on precision medicine, public health, biotechnology, and agriculture. The program offers a project-based learning experience wherein the students will also receive technical support and mentor guidance throughout their program duration.

We also offer programs for the students in the following specializations:

  1. Biomedical Data Analysis in R & Python (Intermediate Level) – The program is designed for students who want to learn to explore, visualize, and analyze biomedical -omics data using R and Python.
  2. Bioinformatics for Infectious Diseases (Intermediate Level) – The program is designed for students who want to learn about bioinformatics for COVID monitoring and multi-omics data in infectious disease research.
  3. Transcriptomics for Chronic Diseases (Advanced Level) – The program is designed for students who want to master bulk and Single Cell RNA-seq methods used in chronic disease research like cancer.
  4. Independent Project (All Levels) – The program is designed for students who want to work on a bioinformatics research project with big data and technical support.
