The COBRE Center for Studies of Host Response to Cancer Therapy consists of faculty members who investigate biological mechanisms of and interventions in side effects of cancer therapy.

Project Leaders receive financial and mentoring support for 3 years or until they receive significant other external research funding.

Pilot Project Awardees receive funding from the Center to start new projects that fall within the central theme of the Center and typically last for one year. Project Leaders and Pilot Project Awardees receive access to the technical core facilities that are part of the Center.
